Adult Arts

In these courses, adults will gain an understanding of the creative process by learning how to see the world around us through the lens of an artist. Students will explore different art styles and search for their individual artistic voices. The fundamental principles of art will be discussed, including line, value, chroma, composition, balance, and texture. The goal is to complete at least one final piece of art from start to finish with a medium of the student’s choice.
